Hiccups Internet Return Policy & Disclaimer

There are NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON HAND-PAINTED ITEMS OR CUSTOM ORDERS. Any item that has been painted in error on our part will be exchanged for the same item to be painted in the same theme with the same name when claimed within 14 days of receipt of item. We will gladly exchange any undamaged merchandise accompanied with tags (where applicapable) for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of item to the original purchaser. Credit will go back on the card used at time of original purchase. Any items being returned after 30 days of receipt will be issued a merchandise credit to be used within one year of original purchase date. Any items without a receipt will be accepted for the current retail price of the item and will be exchanged for merchandise credit only to be used within six months from date of return.

Shipping Information

All items in stock will be shipped within 48 hours of order date.

In stock personalized, monogrammed or hand-painted items will be shipped 7-10 days from receipt of order.

Items not carried in house at all times like rocking chairs will be shipped 7-10 days from receipt of the item, usually totalling 3 weeks from order date to shipment.

Please see shipment and order details per item so you are sure your purchase will arrive within your time limit! NEED IT NOW? We gladly accept RUSH orders whenever possible for an extra $10 per small items and $18 per large items.
