Q: How long will my order take to process?
A : It depends what you ordered. If you ordered an in stock item, that order will ship within 48 hours of order receipt.
Q: How long will it take to paint my item?
A : Typically we need a week to 10 days to paint in stock hand painted items. Orders then ship about 10 days to 2 weeks from order date. There is a rush option if you need it asap when possible. It depends on the item.
Q: How long does it take to get something that is not in stock?
A : It depends. If it is a personalized item like a rocking chair, it usually takes 7-10 days for us to receive and then we turn it around as fast as we can to get it to you within the shortest amount of time. Usually these orders are shipped within 2 1/2 weeks from order date.
Q: How long does it take to get a custom boogie baby blanket?
A : Boogie Baby blankets are one of our best selling items and typically take 4 weeks to make. There is a drop ship option that costs an extra $10 if necessary which means the blanket will be sent directly from the blanket factory to the gift receiver. However, we highly recommend you have it sent by us since we cannot take responsibility for shipping details when sent from another vendor. Also, blankets will not be gift wrapped, plus we like to make sure it is exactly what you ordered!
Q: What happens if I didn't receive my order?
A : Please call the store during business hours Monday- Saturday 10 am- 6 pm EST or e-mail us at hiccupsbaby@aol.com 24 hours so we can better service you.
Q: What happens if I spelled the name wrong?
A : If the order has been fulfilled, you will have to purchase the item again. We are not responsible for mistakes made on the customer's behalf. If the order has not been fulfilled, please call or e-mail the store asap to inform us and we will promptly take care of your changes.
